1. Payment Methods
All payments are one-time payments. You can pay securely using:

- Local EU payment methods (e.g., Bancontact for Belgian customers)
We work with trusted payment partners such as Airwallex, Payssion, Payoneer, and Oceanpayments.
2. Payment Process
When placing an order, the total amount payable is shown before confirmation. This includes:
- Product prices (VAT inclusive)
- Shipping costs (all EU deliveries are free)
- Any applicable discounts
Once payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

After payment, a digital invoice is sent to your email. This invoice is official proof of purchase and fully compliant with EU VAT regulations.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used.
- Refunds are free of additional charges.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or bank restrictions.

8. Currency & EU Compliance
