1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused;
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it;
- The item must be in the original packaging where reasonably possible;
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers);
- Newspapers or magazines;
- Intimate or sanitary goods;
- Hazardous materials;
- Flammable liquids or gases;
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products;
- Certain health and personal care items once opened.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use;
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened;
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (accepted at our discretion).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed within 14 days;
- The credit will be applied to your original method of payment;
- No administrative or processing fees will be charged.

If you have not yet received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider — posting delays may occur.
- Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items may not be refundable unless:

- The item is defective or non-conforming.

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return;
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided upon approval.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defect;
- Damage;
- An incorrect item supplied by us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
10. EU Legal Right of Withdrawal
In addition to our 30-day return policy:
EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
This legal right remains unaffected by our extended 30-day return policy.
