1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
- Company: NEXA ONLINE LIMITED, Registration Number 79753400, registered in Hong Kong.
- Customer: any natural person acting as a consumer placing an order on www.nexaonline.org.
- Agreement: any purchase agreement concluded between the Company and the Customer via the website.
- Products: all goods offered for sale on the website.

3. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through www.nexaonline.org.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
4. The Offer
All products offered on the website are described as accurately as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in color, packaging or presentation do not constitute non-conformity.
All products are new and delivered with the manufacturer’s legal warranty where applicable.
5. Prices
- All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Shipping costs (if any) are clearly displayed before checkout.
- No hidden fees are charged.
The total payable amount is shown before the Customer confirms the order.
6. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via the secure checkout on the website.
We accept secure online payments through authorized European payment providers and methods made available at checkout, including (where available):
– Visa
– Mastercard
– Bancontact
– Other locally supported EU payment methods
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse or payment irregularities.
7. Delivery & Shipping
- Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
- The standard delivery time is 4 working days within the European Union.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations.
If delivery is significantly delayed, the Customer will be informed.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.
If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Customer should notify the carrier immediately and contact our support team.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, Customers have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within
14 days without giving any reason.
In addition, NEXA ONLINE LIMITED voluntarily extends this period to
30 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be returned unused and in its original condition where reasonably possible.
9. Returns
- Returns are free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be requested via customer service before sending the product back.
- Return instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided after approval.
Returned items must not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature and characteristics of the product.
10. Refunds
Refunds are processed:
- Within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or
- After proof of return shipment is provided.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees are charged for refunds.
11. Legal Warranty
EU consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the Agreement, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
12. Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages;
- Delays caused by third-party carriers;
- Misuse of products by the Customer.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
13. Complaints Procedure

We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
However, if the Customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain applicable.
